my account was hacked and all characters deleted

Hi 

i was away for two months and not playing the game when i returned  i found that my account was hacked  i asked help from near friend and i sent info to game and returned my account back after i opened it i got no characters so i submitted new ticket to support to return my characters back they made Investigations and say account is shared after i reseted my information and they refuse to return me my character 

character name "xDangerousAngeLx" a hunter lvl 190 i spend  amount of cash to buy the cursed costume and bought ib2 tix and runes  package i also dropped Dragon scale and Dragon horn i want to get my characters back what should i do ??? and i have alot of talismans in my stash some skill books can't remember all

must i forget my characters and my cash spend on game ?? or what  !!! 

why there is no way to protect my primary email from being changed ??? 

i really need help i want to play with my character

what to do to get my characters back i hope any gm  fix my problem

    @SkyWave i got no character ,i think i ll leave the gameif they refuse to get my character back i spend more 300$ usd on this game. They will lose

    GM we have a important issue here we need to get this important player back her lost account... it would be a heavily impact on me if she does not play decagon :( -Mattias21

    theres no such thing as getting account hacked, either you sold your account or your dumbass got scammed so fuk off

    Back in the day when Nexon was the owner of Dekaron i was hacked aswell, they returned all  my deleted chars with all items. I would like to see how this company helps you

    i didnt sell my account if i sell my account why i try to login my character ? i was away from since 2 months so if i sell the characters why there no characters ? and why  he/she give me my account information back ? pls you fk off from here 





    @zebrasbebras Yes i was hacked with nexon too and when i login game my character was hack and i dont have any item i send tickect nexon. GM Veronica send to me my everything. Now if i sell my characters why they re give me my information and passaword ? So i send to him my all information and my ip
    he give me account passaword after he told me you share your account. why he didnt say first time you share your account ? There no character nothing.
