WRONG 2ND PASSWORD

Today i was playing on Divine Valey (20:00) CET while sudenly game crashed, and everyone was able to login only to NONPK servers, all my friends, but when i tried to connect to the game, i am getting INCORRECT 2ND PASSWORD. Well i am 100% sure that my 2ND PASSWORD IS CORRECT,for god sake, its the same for all my 5 accounts......

    Same here :(    I am very impatient, i tried 5 times and now I'm locked out i guess xD

    I dont get the 2nd Password on my screen. I get after some time diskonect.

    I have 7 with 2nd pw is incorrect and was online this morning so I no mine was correct but I know well this is how papaya works just like how they stole my gear with transfer sever and then put 2 accounts together and refuse to do anything to help me so like the last 6 months this issue will take about 2weeks -6months my guess since it just 1 more headache I don't need and that I truly belive that papaya is just totally just dishonest  company. feel sorry if you people buy any ammy or time out items when time run out be when you get back on most likely.

    Same here, I only entered my 2nd password once, and I got a notice saying I tried 5 times and I need to call customer support. This has never happened to me before, and from what I am seeing I am not the only one. I hope this will be a quick fix?

    SAME HERE,I ALMOST KILLED MY FRIEND COZ OF IT!WONDERIN MAYBE HE GOT MY 2ND PASSWORD MESS UP!COZ WE PLAY TOGETHER AND HE GOT BIG EYES TO MEMORIZE EM MAYBE..HOPE WE CAN LOG IN LATER OR SO! I BET WE CANT GET 2ND PASSWORD IF WE TYPE X5 COZ MOSTLY THEY'LL ASK IF YOU BLA BLA BLA..FK THIS!ANOTHER FAIL ACTIONS! DAMN!

    I am also having the same issue,   mine worked fine last night before maint.  and now this morning it does not, I tried 3 out of 5 times and am afraid to try anymore, and I KNOW  I entered the correct pin.

      There is another post on this as well, with many having the same issue (this is the correct spot for post so I will post here as well) 

    I sent in a ticket, I hope they see this right away and fix the issue.

    Go figure though,  they finally start a decent Christmas event,  and now no one can log in because they have yet ANOTHER problem!  **frowns**

    well players who got caught on sudden game crash has this secondary password problem. vertigo please fixed this.

    i guess this is goodbye...its my 3rd try and i didnt remember that it was my 4th and entered my 5th try..so i guess this will be my farewell...sad to see this awesome game die......wit all this fail works from nexon-papaya...i do hope they reset the 5th try for us did the x5 times wrong 2nd password.coz i cant remember my emails for my account.oh well hope you guys have a good day and so on..........

    People from papayaplay / Vertigo games does'nt know how to fix the log in problem if they know how to do this? this will not be a problem anymore but they are dumb fucking idiots that dont know how to fix.  Maybe they cant understand english that is why they cant fix this.

    It says to me that my second pass is wrong. I wrote to papaya but I don't know how long it will take! Now I can't play my char.

    I logged after maintenance, put in 2nd password correctly *100%sure* and only once but still says i tried 5x and need to contact support, and they are not responding either !!! Rayne69
