Account migrating fails

When i try to migrate from nexon EU to papaya i can't get any further then to login on the nexon EU site, give an other e-mail and then nexon sends me a verification mail but nothing after that happens. with other words i can't get to step 2 for the migrating on the papaya website now some of my accounts can't even log in on the nexon site, please help me.
