FPS 5-13 in game

Hi, I have low fps problem - this issue is about more players, I knew a solution to fix it but I do not remember him. Still I am trying something in the settings but I can not figure it out. I remember that at Nexon forum was the solution to this problem - maybe one file to delete and trampled it's okay ... you just can not remember .. :(
I have Windows 10 and a good system to have at least 30 fps.
