Upgrading wings

After getting the quest from horses in parca and you head to genta(blacksmith). He tells you to get requested materials. Once you try to make upgrades wings it takes your materials but no ancient artifact. It's done this to me twice and friend of mine. If someone could fix ASAP that would much appreciated.

    Its proly failing. There is a chance of failure for getting the artifact just like for upgrading or plusing items and weaps. I had to do it 8-10 times on one of my chars before i finally got it.
