170 Skill Error

So a while ago i got emblem and 170 skill now i cant equip emblem and i don't have meister skills in Skill Tab (press k) When i go to talk to the guy i got skills form in Mitera he says i didn't chose witch one to take but i already did. Do you guys think if i buy meister mistake so i reset and choose again it would work?
