Hello i cant play blackshot since 3 week , when i start the game they said , they missing " steam_api.ddl " for play , i tried to uninstall 1000 time , download " steam_api.ddl" , but nothing work help me

This issue is probably due to either your antivirus or your windows firewall blocking the game's files/folders, so please before anything, add your whole Blackshot folder to your antivirus or windows firewall's exclusion list & trusted applications/folders by following the steps mentioned in this topic (http://forum.papayaplay.com/index.php?p=/discussion/175/help-antivirus-firewall-exclusion-list ).
Afterwards, please download and replace this steam_api.dll file with the one you have in your Blackshot installation folder, which is by default in C:\Program Files\Blackshot\Blackshot. File link: http://www72.zippyshare.com/v/aaWgFwuP/file.html

Unfortunately, we don't provide support via teamspeak anymore.
