I CANT LOG-IN IN MY MAIN ACCOUNT

Hi, i start this new discussion, because when i try to log-in in Blackshot it say: Incorrect password or ID, And when i try to log in webpage it say acces not allow or denied, please i need help, im DeletedHim_ thanks.
