Where do all the 195s 196s popping out?

I am wondering ...

I am an active player who is running alot of places, doing alot of events and dungeons.

Randomly i meet people who are 196. Not many people are in these levels, and most of them are known.

Lately it seams that more and more people popping out of nowhere beeing at that level partly fully geared, with emblem and perpetus.
I heard that there are bot programs, hacking ofc and a certain way of dshop abuse.

Can someone enlighten me why papaya not recognizing this while 90% of the community know about this?
Is it part of their *zero care* policy?

How should this game continue like this?

I am also playing the Korean verson of Dekaron. I just don't understand how the same company can do such an awesome job over there with really great events while they seam to not give a **** here at all.

Very dissappointing ....

The company in charge of this side of dekaron could careless about the game. Their interests are to make money by doing that they will milk you with new items that are nearly impossible to get unless you spend a couple 100 bills. Papaya play has failed to fix Dshop, players that cannot log in at all and blames it on the player when its clearly their fault, theres a huge delay while trying to log into Dekaron same thing with Dshop it is still there. The funny thing is they only care about Dshop being fixed so they can milk us properly but even with that they have failed to fix. This new company is a complete Failure.

Yes there are bad parts of this company I think it largely comes down us - being Dekaron - as their first MMORPG. Considering their team is rather small, the amount of QQ tickets (was over 700 in the first 12hours IiRCC) that get sent delay large amounts of 'important' things we 'need'.
The thing people keep forgetting is while this is a game to us, it's a business to them, without dshop they make no money. No one works for free [F#ck volunteers and their high horses, theyre further propagating disparity between the working classes]

But on topic now,

Until given empirical proof, you should assume [with a healthy amount of scepticism] that they lvl'd ourely through runes/ib2.

1x trigger 0.02% at 193 so at 195+ it makes 1 rune trigger 0.001%=1 year to lvl up? EternalSoul 197 and I never ever see him anywhere just saying. I am also very active and very sceptic about some fail guys legitimity. (((( Chinese runes trigger is just sux))))))

I agree with your comment. It is very difficult to get to 195 much more 196, and I am seeing most of the newer classes at 195 and 196. I am also very active - play everyday and complete quest etc. I still cannot comprehend how these players reach these high levels so quick. I've been trying that for years.

If you guys go in front of ib2 i am sure you wont see so many ppl there...but i am sure you will find them in front of horror dg some of them :) i heard ppl saying they use hacks inside horror dg in other dg as well ,i think is not so hard if gm`s when they are bored to check this higher lvl`s what they do in game.And as far as i understand they use the old hacks that worked in Game Tribe time ...so....And some guys sell accounts they grow a char 190+ and sell it for billions or +10 items ,i guess if our gm`s will make a little research when they are bored will find many things and they will manage to catch some bad guys :) but i wonder if those players will be banned as far as they buy tickets from d-shop XD

As long as you get runes and IB2 tickets every week and grind, those levels aren't so bad. Most people just get bored.
