Invalid PIN on most of my accounts?

I am also having the same problem, I tried 3 of 5 times and it will not work. I know I am entering the correct pin. I sent in a ticket, hope they see this right away and fix the issue.

I have the same problem i almost blocked 2 accounts....the second password is fucked up....come on guys rly? this is really lame...why you guys took this game if you can`t do nothing right? i am sure is hard to solve all issues but other company succed to solve almost all of them...you guys want to win money ok ...but for that you need also to offer us something, and that means to hire someone that is able to manage dekaron files.....

And maybe someone from staff can announce us here or in other post if this problem is solved we don`t want to block our accounts even if i am sure a lot of players will do that thinking that maybe press wrong the buttons or someone scammed them....i hope we wont have the same issue again masive scammed by an imaginary hacker

I agree, it seems every new maintenance, we have a brand NEW PROBLEM of some sort. This one is pretty big, because people can lock themselves out.. when PINS are correct.

They finally start a Christmas event, but we can't play because the 2nd password PIN won't work. Go figure...

AND there is still a very very big hang up when logging in, for the pin screen to even come up.

I've informed the staff in the best ways that I can of this issue arising. It will probably be a few hours before I'll see a message back due to the long maint time/ office hours being in PST.

I was able to log in one account. I tried to change channel got disconnected instead. I tried logging back instead I got an invalid PIN then..... Bam! account blocked LOL. Thank you papaya.

To those who were able to get in the game try your best not to get disconnected or you'll get an invalid PIN message next time you try logging back in again.

@[DK]Gismo, It would be nice also, and only fair, if we were compensated also, for not being able to participate during the 200% drop and EXP boost time frame. (Much less time on event). They should extend that once this is fixed.

this game is a joke. i opened timed items now i cant fking login. rollback and fix the fking issue. these coders are the worst. another shitty copy and paste event. no one wants this shitty event. 90% want the anno nuvos ring back to upgrade or the skill books christmas event. for god sakes put some fking potions back in d shop!!! 6k hp postions. manual ones.
