Invalid PIN on most of my accounts?

    Please do not request a roll back-last time things went missing with a rollback and even if they did a rollback nothing would be replaced the same. its just weird some accounts can be logged and some can not. as of now im getting the 5 minute wait and then disconnects, so im hoping that means they are doing another maint?...

    It sounds like another issue on top of the pin issue, if people now have characters missing.. I  certainly hope my main character is not missing.  Much less my 2  alts ..  After years grinding and of time and dills invested in her, much less Deka shop money... I would be devastated, and would be done.  =(

    ...3 hours maintenance...become 5 h ...server on 5 min then  again 2 h maintenance.........and then  BOOOM some ppl can logg in and play ...some ppl "mistake" their pass 3/5 some ppl "mistake" 1/5 their pass and get acc blocked ....some ppl try to change their pass and their acc are empty ....can someone from staff pls tell us how much time we need to wait? if they work on this shit at lest to close the server to avoid other ppl to block theyr accounts? i think we diserve at least this to keep us informed about this lame situation..someone any one from staff....

    im in finally. buddy figured out a workaround.

    history config rollback 1.9.0 save then restart and let it update again. should be able to login after you do this.

    What everyone has to do is just change the main password on the account and it will work again

    @slaine1292  what your saying i think is not a good ideea ,i guess some guys did this already and they found their accounts empty no chars on their accounts.....i think this is also random  like the things that i mention in my last post ,some ppl got their acc blocked after have tried 1/5 of their pass and some ppl stoped after 3 /5 and their acc are not blocked.Is better to let staff do their job and probably [DK]Gismo will let us know when is safe to logg in .

    Opened Dshop to buy new costume,
    got disconected
    i waited 5 mins,and log in again,
    and it said ,,wrong 2nd password entered 5 times,contact papaya help desk,,

    We need wait for issue. In notification they wrote "Many of you are currently encountering issues with their secondary password when trying to log in. We are aware of this issue and are already working on having it solved as soon as possible!"

    I think the best was to close the server until they fix this problem .....

    I am thinking they should close the server until its fixed right, and I hope they can.   I am now getting disconnected right at log in screen as well.

    Well now its popping up all over the place that people are logging on somehow to others accounts through the pin screen,  I hope this is not happening!!!!  I cannot connect at all, and I am highly concerned about my character now.   Shut the server down!! until it is fixed right please!!

    I hope that's not the case but if I find out that there are missing items on my account no more tickets I will quit right away.

    Sadly I would have to also,  too many years, dills, and all that invested in my main to start over. And she is far from *finished*  - But too far in to rebuild.

    probably the roll -back will be the best option...a lot of ppl have their accounts blocked,some of my friends also want to let some comments about this issue but their posts are not approved atm...they need to wait ...and some others simply don`t check the forum ....i wonder were are those smart asses those old players wich i am sure they can help the staff 100 % ....so....were are you guys? why you hide? why you don`t prove how good you are and how easy is for you guys to fix this lame problems...

    It got more fcked up. people are getting logged into random accounts. if they dont do a roll back prior to the maintenance then chances are your characters are fcked up.
