@NZX005 i wrote early about it..i hope it won`t be again 80% from the players scammed ....like happend before and blame an mysterious hacker that fucked data base because we will know the true ....ROLL BACK is the only solution to solve all this big shit...
There is no A19, they cant even fix the log in problem since they got the game, their engineers are still figuring what is the problem or maybe they are toilette engineers. For almost 6 fucking months and still every after maintenance this problem exist and they cant figure it out how to solve it. What we can expect form them? They are busy updating the DSHOP but they dont make events that players can enjoy, well we just enjoy logging in and waiting for hours to play.
Seriously this is just completely ridiculous! I have never ever seen an MMORPG F*CK UP that bad and so often and for the same or similar problems every time.
Now it is 6:20PM here (Quebec, Canada) and I still can't log-on and play and like others have written the 500% Exp bonus I have paid for and that has 1 day left will be lost and no one is going to give it back or extend it for the time lost because of papaya's errors.
Also could you advise us on whats going on and for how much time we will have to wait. Another thing that really needs to be fixed and this from way too far back are the names of places and NPC's and the quests definitions because it is really annoying not to know where you have to go to or who you have to go see and also make sure that the quests definitions are completely readable because most of them go out of the screen or are cut off and we can't read all that is written. Please answer our comments we put them up and would like to be answered to see we don't do this for nothing. It will also show that your care about us and what we want and what disturbs us. Show us that what concerns us also concerns you.
So far all my accounts are okay except for one that is still getting the incorrect PIN and the same account where I got the notification that it's already logged in. I just hope no one messed with it because that is my segnale account it ain't my main but it's the most essential character in the game.
I still cant log in my main .. this time no problem with first pass, but when i enter my 2nd its says mistake .... 2/5 and i stopped ... WHEN IL BE ABLE TO CONNECT damn
Now when I log in, it says that my 2nd pass is wrong. I mean how come, I have nothing to do with it. What am I suppose to do now? Contact their shit? Is this serious? The last time I logged in yesterday my char was deleted I was scared and wanted to see today if it is still there.
I am sorry but this game is absolute mess. Now I have to wait for their support and if I want to play what I do?
I am currently at the mercy of the same problem, unable to log in due to an invalid 2nd password, however, I actually don't even get a chance to enter in my 2nd password before receiving the message saying it has been invalid more then 5 times. If i'm not met with this then i'm disconnected and unable to reconnect due to their 5 minute timer. I tried a complete wipe of Dekaron and reinstalled to see if the clean patch would resolve the issue, but sadly, it has not.
I'm fairly new, just started playing again after a long time, but I think i'm safe to assume this isn't getting fixed today?
