Take down the servers and fix this **** asap. people loging in to game with their IDs and ending up on other players accounts. Happy Scamm/Hack Festival. HO-HO-HO Chirstmas Event?

Take actions asap else QQ will be more then great und cannot be fixed.

Take down the servers, make a Roleback.

Ffs .... This company ...

    Rollbacks are not the answer unless they were able to do them correctly. The last rollback they did, things went missing and the compensation for the items were not even nearly the same what you lost.


    @MITZUKIMOON How do you know of this though? players logging in are accessing other accounts?

    That is what I want to know.. how do you know this?  But if so, and  if a rollback is the only way to fix it then please do so,  I hope that mess is not happening =(

    Logged in my own account and ended up in another account - I just exited the game.

    Since i was not able to login to the game i logged in to Guild Teamspeak. There are people who are able to login to the game. Some of them ended up with using their id and pw and pw2 on other players accounts. Also those people who are online complain about it in Divine Channel, seeing their own chars online.

    Update: One Guy from Ts3 logged into his account finally. Items gone, mainchar deleted.

    what i found today some high op players had characters deleted or empty accounts because of that bug that really must be fixed 
    that must be taken Seriously by GMs 
    i hope that bug not repeated again in future 
    scars on the back are a swordsman's shame

    i got video from another player ..he was on my seg  lol .. but he was correct,,he just logget out ..but now i can`t login..second password blocked

    Open a Ticket on the Help Desk. Youre not the only one to whom this happened.

    They might repalce your items ( well no gems no options no ntn except the fortification level ).



    It could have been worse. For some players the support and the recover of the 2nd password had been denied. Reason was account sharing. Well .... if someone else logged into my account due to the faulty servers ofc there will be another ip on ... . They miss the logic. But this is a general issue. Some people still didnt get their accounts from Nexon transfer cause of the same issue. On top of that, never login from your workpalce, friend or girlfriends place etc. They will tell you you shared your account also obviously you did not, so any further support is denied.

    This should be something to be talked about, especially if a company cares for their costumers.
    Nexon did it the right way, loss fo your items while having differenmt ips on (account share) will not be compensated. Your account ( char, dshop items etc ) tho  is something they recovered.

    This is the way Papaya should handle it too.

    Alot people love this game and dedicated alot time actually years here. We should be getting treated better.
