PROOF that the GMs aren't working on act. 19

There's a lot of talk about the gms saying that act 19 will be here soon as false hope. So they can keep getting us to spend money for as long as they can. Well I have video evidence and conversations between them that prove that this isn't all sunshine and butterflies. They are trying to milk us for as long as they can before everyone quits.
