    NPC Esteban has exchange for armet and ring both for me.  There is probably another bug.  Found one yesterday in crespo abyss,  where I cannot take the quests for dk points, from any of the 3 npcs.

    Not sure if that is the case, but you can get the armlet/ring just once.
