Glitch.......NEED HELP TO FIX THIS!!

Can someone help me fix this ugly glitch?....... Its been a month since I played and after patches, all I see is dead people LMFAO. The animations aren't working. All I see is my character and other characters stuck like this!! PLEASE HELP

    that is very strange, I would try uninstall everything and then reinstall a fresh client. see if that helps.
