Can Anyone in Papaya Dev Team know how to reset quest?

I accidently deleted mysterious pendant so i ask to reset the quest for me to farm again squama ring quest but no one in papaya dev team can reset it?

    i think they understand that you need to reset all quests 

    well ask them i lost Ingredient for squama and only way to get it by quest there is no ways and you need Shattered Mysterious Pendant  
    scars on the back are a swordsman's shame

    took me 1 year to get my pendant so u have to send tikets alot of them

    Well at nexon they recovered my pendant even tho it took like few months, if u know time when u npced maybe they can track it back.....................

    it is pointless to ask this question ,,,, I had similar bug on my aloken but with my aloken ,but with my maister skill quest - the answer was to make new character since  180 was easy to lvl .anyway my bug fixed with the coming of the dragon knight char but the quest was not reset so in youre case i advice you to forget about remaking the quest . DEVs are not resolving problems for single bug characters
