Ho ho... ohhh, Yup it was the Great X-mas Grinch event! How many ppl are still locked out of their accounts? How many ppl watched their accounts get striped at the mail box?( I was on my other account,having a conversation with the Grinch,yes they striped my summy down ,then brought my concerra over for the same and said ty this rocks) and how many are still waiting for a reply? well your not alone!        (summy) 188 and (concerra) 170, my main account.. Please add your name if the Grinch pissed on your Christmas Event!    Ok I got this response last week.....Hello,

We will do our best to reset your secondary as soon as possible. Once it has been reset, you will be asked to create a new upon your first login after the reset.

We furthermore looked into your request regarding your suspect of hack. However, we could not find any evidence or data of hack and traded items. 

If you have any further questions or comments in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact the Help Desk........   well guess what its the 27th today,and my password is still not reset....just about 2 weeks,this response was on the 20th,awesome Christmas event! papaya...

    I think the Grinch is busy translating code for this A19 Update that will probally never come. You would think they would fix login issues asap to get the population up again to stop people form leaving the game.
    How hard is it to reset the second password so peeps can get logged in to see if they still have anything left.  Nixster still waiting to get logged in five days later and no reset of second password is silly. Maybe they need a translator to get this done in a timely fashion.
