A small bug with the weapons

Hello, created a character and played in different matches and saw a small problem in the plan:
When I take AWP or M24, shoot, I change weapons and re-take the sniper rifle, pressing the RMB the scope is not activated, only after a couple of taps begins to run at the sight of sniper rifles. Out of the client, even re-installed, the role is the same.
What's the problem? This is a bug? Or fix later?

    You should record a video and send it to the support with a small description of the problem.

    same problem here .......... its not issue of faster or slower .........after saveral click its scope activated ..........rather than just one click .......cant play with this two sniper awp and m24 .........other sniper working perfectly ......plzzzz fix this
