    Typically that message is given when Papaya (Dekaron) has locked out an account if they suspect stuff like hacking or anything that violates the Terms of Service.

    I think as long as you've submitted a ticket, they (the GMs) should get back to you with an answer.  I've seen them make mistakes of this nature in the past, so hopefully this will be the case for your account....assuming you haven't "been naughty"...lol!
