game issues

I am having issues with my account, its only on one account that it happens which confuses me. Im having issues with DC, either changing severs causes me to DC or even entering DK makes me DC, or deadfront, icee etc. Or even logging into the account it takes at least 5 attempts every single time. Once I get logged in I DC trying to load the server into either divine,kalibus or non pk its super annoying and happening only on one Acc I really need to speak to a GM to help solve this please! Can anyone help me with contacting a team member? I have no clue how to directly.
