Problems with dekaron

I see the requirements to play dekaron and tbh I dont understand , my laptop has "enough" requirements and I lag as fuck , can someone please help me out ? I really want to play dekaron but doing it with 20 FPS is so frustrating :/

The unic thing that i dont have is the Windows 7, mine is 8.1

My Specs:

Win8

Intel core i5 4210U (up to 2,7 GHz)

NVIDIA GeForce 820M

6GB RAM

1 TB
