so i see many ppl at the mail box they making characters and getting milks and cookies i wanted to know it is abuse or no ?

    Yes it's abuse of the event.

    Yes it's an abuse but Papaya can't keep on blaming this on the players. This has happened far too many times (even with Nexon) and yet the devs do not learn. As for the players you cannot teach them integrity especially when they're hiding behind their keyboards.

    Hot time events like these should only be made available either to lvl 100+ characters or the highest level character on the account. This should prevent players from creating and deleting lvl 1 chars.
