My friend cant create an account, he said he doesnt receive an email. Anyone else experiencing this?

    why cant normal people use the support for things like that?

    Because he opened a ticket 6 days ago and got no answer :) Maybe thats what normal people do.

    Not sure if this is the case, but you dont receive the confirmation email instantaneously, wait 10-30 min for the  email arrive, also check tabs like "spam"/"promotion"/ etc.
