XSG FILE ERROR

Good day, whenever I try to launch Dekaron I get an error prompt saying "XSG File Error". I've uninstalled and reinstalled Dekaron multiple times all with failure. I've looked up solutions online also with failure. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

    Holy crap! This is terrible customer support. I'm sorry but you guys lost my interest. I am not playing this game anymore.
