i have 250 cookie and 200 milk but npc dont give step2 book

    It's not bugged. You have probably a mix of old and new cookies and milk. Only those that have 2016 in the name can be used for exchange atm. Old version only for buffs.

    Make sure you don't have some of those cookies on the F1-F6 shortcuts.
