Game crashing and wont relaunch

My game crashes or locks up. When i try to relaunch it it wont relaunch. My PC is about the game requirements. I even tried to launch it as Admin and that dont work and I have to unistall and reinstall the game for about 1 day and I get to do this all over again. What can I do to fix this and stop having to reinstall the game?

    It may be your anti-virus software causing the problem.  Anyone with ESET a/v will have problems.
