Game crashing and wont relaunch

My game crashes or locks up. When i try to relaunch it it wont relaunch. My PC is about the game requirements. I even tried to launch it as Admin and that dont work and I have to unistall and reinstall the game for about 1 day and I get to do this all over again. What can I do to fix this and stop having to reinstall the game?

    my game keeps crashing today but im able to log back on. usually weird things happen few days before maint, atleast what I have noticed. its quite annoying xD
