Login problems

I am having problems logging on to the game since 31st December afternoon. I have already filed a ticket and sent a follow up email this early morning and did not get any response from the Papaya Team. It is been almost three days now and I have opened up different kinds of runes for the weekend and also a fishing rod for my alternative character in that same account. I have been doing DGs especially the Honeymoon Dungeon and got disconnected. When I tried to access the game, it says "reconnecting for five minutes" and then I am disconnected afterwards.

Also, just a while ago I have tried again and to my surprise it says "Incorrect ID". I do not know what is happening and I never played outside and used either my PC or laptop at home. I am wondering if others are having the same problem with their accounts. What is the average response time from Papaya? Hopefully, I will receive their positive feedback as soon as possible.
