limit hackers.

Hello ,
In
recent days I noticed that it was impossible to play without hacking
and that the votes do not serve anything because there are always
players who do f12. My suggestion would be to limit these hackers. It
seems to me that the hackers Probably play with
small accounts so it would be enough to forbid small accounts to go to
the servers of the big account and that it remains in the beginner mode I
