Need help with reconeccting screen 5 mins

I am stuck at this window.... tryed to come back after more then 5 mins several times and still same

any advices

    When it say 5 minuts then stay 5 minuts correct time if you try to log on before 5 minut you have to wait again 5 minut more and if you keep doing this you can stay all day.....

    no is somekind of server issue , glitch , bcs i was off more then 5 mins , did windows restart etc , tryed to log in after 10 mins and more and nothing.
    its weird, bcs char is stuck online even im not logged in actually ...
    only cure is to wait maintenance, or ask gm for help, and i did , but seems nobody gives a flying fak ^^

    no wonder how sometimes people are mad at support and gms,

    The only best known fix is to wait for server maint. The methods that we GM's have do not resolve the issue.

    Gizmo I seem to recall back in the old Dekaron pre Papaya play if a character was stuck in game it could be freed by a support ticket? It happened quite often and I don't remember maintenance freeing the character but I may be mistaken as it never happened to me

    It mainly was fixed back before by kicking the person with the GM tools. There's some other issue now between the login and game servers is where it gets all goofy (self theory). 

    I can kick the character but the other server still thinks is in. Hence the best thing to do is waiting for the maint. to restart the servers.

    And some times the kick errors too.

    Why does the server even have this 5 minute wait? why not remove it? back with gamehi days, they did a maint and it caused an error for this 5 minute reconnecting message pops up but it wasn't intentional, they ended up doing a server reset and it fixed it and you would not see this 5 minute message.

    Update: The office staff has a tool that can force a kick. It's not one they use often but it fixes the issue about 85% of the time. HGM staff does not have access to it. So, the request has to go through the support ticket system.

    Try to do this to solve the issue:

    Start 2 clients, write in username and pw on both then you click login at the same time. (Slight delay wont matter but do it asap)
