Alright so I quit this game a couple months ago and now out of the blue I get some notifications from my paypal account about some xsolla transactions coming from this site? And I'm not the only player experiencing this, wtf is going on fix this shit! Now I have to dispute this, close my acocunts get new bank cards, and set up all the recurring transactions I had associated with those cards all because you guys still can't get your shit together.

    I have had the exact same problem 3 weeks ago. Had to do all the same you've done.

    Can you both send me the Transaction ID of these purchases as during my investigation into these claims I can only see 1 account linked to the Transactions made from the Paypal accounts? 

    We can only see your transactions on your account and the footprint but all billing data is gathered and processed by Xsolla

    Please send us the Transaction ID through the Support System. Make sure you reference PayPal and your User ID in the ticket.
