I'm new-ish, guides?

Hey all,
I played 2moons a bit a while ago and I have been entertaining the idea of coming back. I'm not looking for an opinion on if I should come back or not but I am looking for some resources to help me. I started a Vicious Summoner last night and I haven't put points into anything because I don't recall if there was a way to reset the tree. Basically, I would be looking to find a site with accurate guides/builds. However, it might just make more sense to meet players that are competent and willing to answer the occasional question.
I am 27 and live in the US, so English sites would be needed. Thanks!
