Disconnected from server.

Hey, been having this issue lately where i will randomly get disconnected from the server and get booted back to the login screen where i have to wait around 10 mins until i can maybe get back in. The DC usually happens when switching channels or going back to character screen, I've tried a few things like seeing if it was a firewall issues, account issue and reinstalling the game and nothing seems to fix this. Any suggestions would be nice thanks!
