Random Disconnected from Server after most recent patch

As the title says, after the most recent patch I will randomly get disconnected from the server, if I try to log back in I get a message saying "reconnecting to server this will take up to 5mins.", so I close the game by hitting the "exit" button on the bottom of the credential box and try rebooting the game, at this point I can't even get to my second password just instantly get a "Disconnected from Server" message. 

After looking into the issue it seems this is a ongoing issue with the servers for some people, and before I get some GM in here saying "tell us the account that you are having the issue with" its this one, my only account on this game. I know very well it is not my internet connection or my computer, $11,000 custom built PC and a 250mbs up/down connection and the PC is hard lined into my router which is a 10gbit router. So the obvious issue I'm seeing is the handshake between routers and your servers, further proved while running a program to monitor all incoming and outgoing connections and seeing that the handshake is being stopped on your end.

All I want to know is: What is the progress that is being made on fixing the issue and when I can play the game?

    2. You are right, their servers are cutting you off and that has been proven: when you use some VPN service (many companies give you trial for few days or for limited download), you will not experience those problems any more
    3. [GM]Dragon tried to make that issue a priority, but owners dismissed that and denied the existence of the problem (obviously it will not be solved), so [GM]Dragon left the company

    I also keep getting disconnected.  It takes almost an hour to reconnect.  Its ridiculous!

    Everytime i disconnect it take years to reconnect

    tried to download VPN. The game is still the same. Once you login and you change channel it goes back to login page. Fix it because we spent money and this is what we get from your service?
