account migration

Im trying to transfer one of my old account from Nexon, however when i try to log in on the migration page it says my account is on the global system log in with your email address, so i try logging in with my email address but i just keep getting the same error saying: An error has occurred. Please try again later.

anyone know how to fix this problem?
