TRANS UP 2 BUGGED??

General
i just hit lvl 165 and done the quest to get my 2nd trans up, i lvled it to lvl 4 however both of my 165 skills are still locked..... this is a bug right?

    Do you have avalible skill points to use on the new skills?

    no, i thought they automatically unlock but need skill points to get them higher? i can reset my skills at parca temple and try it though

    i reset my skills and they have now unlocked.... must have been a bug :(

    Nope, you need to have skill points saved to activate the trans 2 skills, its not like trans 1.

    When you hit 165 you should have 4 available skill points, to bring trands skill from 3 to 5.  and to unlock both 165 skills.   Its like trans 1.  you need 4 as well.   for Trans skill and 131 skill.  and 2 more to get trans skill to 3.   unless you have no rank, then the 40,000 rank points does that for you.
