Valentines Daily Rewards

I noticed a steady steam of lvl 1s again like with most events so I was curious to see what was going on.  So I followed them from where they start.  But the first place they go was blank.  I went there on an alt and it was still blank.  So I started a level 1 character to find out what it was.   And she got the Valentines Day 1 reward.  10 kakao.  Why wasn't my main able to get this?  Is there a level cap?   Did papaya mess up and instead of making for 100+ chars they capped it at lvl 100?   Because I'm going to be pissed if I cant get a reward playing legit and these guys are raking in kakao over and over all day long cheating.

    From what iv Herd, they did not reset the event for each account that did it last year.. so basicly ya its bugged if you did the event last year...

    While you are resolving... could you also resolve two missing items: Miterra's tear upgrade at Karin (you can still initially exchange item!) and S2 Halloween ring initial exchange (was originally at Orpheus, then at Karin and now nowhere!)... Duplicate choice at Esteban to exchange Kakao reflects sloppy programming, so, please pass on to developers that we are not impressed with their work...

    Is it only me or whenever I exchange kakao i get nothing? No rewards box or so, nothing at all.
