Storage Keepers Key

I was just wondering if i buy the Storage Keepers Key would i be able to give binded items to my other characters on the same account. 

For example i have a 230% exp tali on my 171 summy with 14 days left, could i buy the key then store the tali and use it on another character?

    No, in common storage that is accessible to all chars on account you can put only tradable items.
