NVIDIA showing +300 fps but the game seems like 10

I play dekaron since a6 and I never had this problem, after papaya,
dekaron is stuttering. It shows that i’m playing with +300 fps but it feels
like 10(it happens everywhere I go). I saw in another post to try to change
"Threaded Optimisation" to ON in NVIDIA controls but it didn't work
for me.

I checked my PC status in MSI Afterburner:

GPU: 30% 57ºC 2% 0%

MEM 356MB

CPU 1/2: 30% 54ºC / 20% 48ºC

CPU 3/4: 44% 50ºC / 45% 49ºC

It seems normal to me...

Any idea on how to fix this problem?

GPU: gtx 970 CPU: i5-6600

My dekaron is installed in my SSD, but i dont think thats the problem.
