High fps but the game seems like running around 10

Hello,

I play dekaron since a6 and I never had this problem, after papaya,
dekaron is stuttering. It shows that i’m playing with +300 fps but it feels
like 10. I saw in another post to try to change "Threaded
Optimisation" to ON in NVIDIA controls but it didn't work for me.

Any idea on how to fix this problem?

GPU: gtx 970 CPu: i5-6600

My dekaron is installed in my SSD, but i dont think thats the problem.
