Game Log-in and Loading issue

To GMs and Moderators,

Problem: the game will crash with error: 0xe019100B

Symptoms:
You can load the game @ 100% and can enter the first password but it will crash after you enter your 2nd password. This happen even if your AntiVirus software is disabled. The game runs properly yesterday before the last maintenance update...I believe this has something to do with your recent Server Reboot and Security Solution Update.
