Could be a glitch, it happens sometime... Go to bin\xigncode folder and delete .exe and .log files there. If you still can't start game normally, then it's not a glitch, but more serious matter (windows system/drivers/apps).
As I said in previous post, it can be a glitch which happens randomly (could be many reasons, no need to go into them here and now). It happens to me once or twice per moth and in 90% of the cases I can normally play after I delete those files. Only once during last year I had to restart PC (probably leaking memory after too many clients opened/closed caused the glitch).
Regarding Security Solution Update, some AV programs saw Dekaron or Xigncode as a virus/trojan/worm. Was that fixed?
Having same issue, plus the "fix" doesn't work. It is something they did or didn't do in the last maintenance since I could play fine yesterday/last week/ last month.
@MateB1 No, some AV programs still detects or consider our Dekaron or Xigncode executable file as a virus/trojan/worm.... so as a workaround, one must just have to "Ignore" or apply "No Action" whenever your AV provides a pop-up detection.
I once accidentally selected/clicked "quarantine" while in the middle of a pvp in-game and the Dekaron crashed and close. LOL
If you are looking for those files I mentioned, you must turn on viewing the extensions, so full names are xigncode.log and xm.exe if I remember correctly (not so sure). Atm I have no problems with that update and am running Windows 10, 64-bit. Maybe it affects only other Windows versions, hard to say...
The issue seems to be around if falsely detecting some normal drivers on Windows7. We were not the only game effected. Xigncode is making the patch but eta is unknown.
These type of general patches are just rolled out from Xigncode.
But as I said we were not the only game that was effected.
I will note that my antivirus did want to flag the client, but ofc I told it to bugger off.
If you are still having an issue, please either send a report or bump your ticket to the support team so they can recommend things to try and mitigate the issue. be sure to include the error code information you are getting.
I know they have been recommending to turn off background programs to see if anything is interfering.
@[DK]Gismo The problem is xigcode with AMD Evolved games or rapter ... evry1 who uses amd grafic card just go task manger and disply the amd program which runing in ur computer thats happend to me on nexon aswell and i fixed it last time i iformed GM Vero with the issue while back on nexon.
I receive the xigncode error OxE019100B around a minute after starting the client. Yesterday everything was fine, nothing changed as far as I know. I did what MateaB1 mentioned. Also closed other programs and reïnstalled the game but nothing helped so far.

I believe this is due to their recent Security Solution Update which they need to revise ASAP.

PC is clean Just hardware drivers, so I wont waste time with BS, like antivírus and other programs since there are none.
