Unable to connect to Divine Valley channel

Just wanted to raise an issue that I've been having for a few days now - I don't seem to be able to log in on Divine Valley.  I've tried logging out, logging back in, and for some reason whenever I try to connect to the channel Divine Valley, the game boots me out and I end up back at the logon screen.  Relogging after that tells me "Reconnecting may take up to 5 minutes" which often ends up being 20+. 

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but it's pretty absurd considering I'm not able to participate in the most active channel.

Any suggestions are appreciated..
