i have heard the Life N health bracelets are level 1, is that correct? anyone can post a SS?

    Yea it says lv; 1 there, but i have a friend that says its Lv 165 for those.

    it's very rare but people who had it said that its binded and site say its lvl 1

    I was happy that I got that bracelet from one of chars daily event and I saw "no trade" QQ now I got ak bracelet on a my dragon knight hurray... I do not know why they did it like that... after all we can trade skill books >.<
