Bug Game wtf that game papaya lol

Very bored with this game, I bought many EGG pet. To try to get Deux or Helion Unique pet, I spent a lot of pet Normal, and nothing, And still I had a problem, When I was opening the EGG, I had a Bug I took a dc, But when I went to enter the game. It appeared 5 min of waiting, i wait 10 minuts, but had same msg, I went in the place where I took dc (Ardeca) near the Mail ,,, My account was Log, ,, My char was logged ,, But that bug shit and that. WTF PAPAYA ... I spend a lot of money to try to get a DEUX or HELION PET ,,, instead I get a big BUG, ​​so I discourage playing this game where I spend a lot of money to try to get a pet, instead I get A big bug Name LuaMegan ... HB ... Help GM because the only day I can play all day because during the week I work ,,, only one day I can play and weekend and I still have a bug of this ,, Very sad with this game ,,,    Name my Char  (LuaMegan) HB lvl 194  HELP ZZZZZ !!!!!!

    Stop cry about spending money,how many u spend for something doesnt care for us,nobody cares about how much u spend or gonna spend,if u got bugged pls go for support and open a ticket better then post on forum crying af.And anyways stop spending money on this game and pay some english lessons bcs ur english its the most broken one that i ever saw, cheers

    When an account is log stuck ingame like yours, you need to wait till maint for it to be released.
    If you think you found a bug, Please feel free to report it to the support team.

    Wow, I'm going to have to wait until the next maintenance ,,, I lose Ammy Runes ,,, without speaking of the time I can this lvl ,,, OP papaya Game ,,, and yes I sent a msg for  support ,, but  Now nothing ,,, very sad with this bug ,,, a big shit ,,,,

    Im not sure if it will cost the GMs or PAPAYA a single cent 
    OR additional bills to pay (server restart request)

    BUT a simple SERVER RESTART will do the trick!!! 
    You know it will just take 5m-15mins for server to be back up and running.
    UNPLUGGED the effin RJ45s!!! lol

    unless they doesnt have a SENSE of URGENCY
    OR they are just taking this issue lightly.
