i hope so, but im afraid that this guy has a load of connections, he even has Veronica on FB Flist, saw him shouted it saying "Veronica get on FB plz" something like that so it made me think plus he keeps saying he ban many players already and now its my turn lol i shud have taken an SS for that XD

As long as your not channel jumping/ chasing, you should be fine.

You pk to take ownership of an area. But if they were to move from DV to Kali, and you chased them there? That would be form of harassment.

Seriously! This is freaking me out..
If i will be ban just for killing my Enemies higher than my level? that is really freakin funny for a so called PK Game these hilarious people who keeps QQing to GM sending massive tickets wanted to get me ban are freakin GAY! i will not accept it and where the hell is justice. its fine if i got banned if they are lower level or a freakin noobs that I massacred over and over again but no, they arent.. this guys are 190+ weak noob. I never cried nor reported when they did the same thing back when i was 160-170s. im just moving forward all im thinking was to get strong and have my revenge now that i had it how the hell they QQing a lot of it and reported me everytime i kicked their asses and seriously wanted me to get ban.

sigh..
I guess its time to chill and relax look for another good game where Rated 18+ game can do everything.

In this game, a ban was never issued for pk-ing, but for harassment and ruining other players' game experience. I can dumb it down for you:

1. don't trash talk mentioning someone's family, medical status or interaction with animals;

2. don't stalk anyone for more than 10-15 mins in farming zones, preventing them to enjoy the game (defending "your" farming zone is acceptable and by definition is not stalking);

3. if in doubt, check rules #1 & # 2.

Nowhere...times when we fought with everyone for couple of hours never came back...in present times that what we called fight now is called harrasment...when i played regularly (sssw / jokerz times ) no one cried for being killed...this was te biggest motivation to improve your skill/eq/guild/allies etc...it was essence of this game. now its killed by something that we can call political correctness..."no mercy for the weak, no pity for the dying" even those word actually means nothing

ps im not talking about killing newbies, it always been lame even for killers ^^

No offense to anyone but I'm with xiAoShinStar on this one....well first of you noobs...listen and please bear with me..

Have you read this:

These words/sentence/phrase or whatever you may want to call it has been with the game since long since forgotten... way way back it was handled by Acclaim and it was also STILL on the main Dekaron Korea.... Isn't that is why we have what we call "NonPK" server???? Isn't why we have "safezone" maps? Isn't why there is such thing as "PK"? People, please....Dekaron is an action pack +18 game and it even says in the start of loading where it appears after you enter your 2nd password: Minors cannot play this game and some words I forgot.

That would be form of harassment." - This makes me laugh, no offense sir but chasing players because of revenge or if they are listed as your guild's or even your own KOS list also known as "Kill On Sight" list - should NOT be in my opinion be in anyway be ground for getting banned from the game. I mean come on....a lot of these PKing or "form of harassment" are happening in-game everyday. Try to log on in game at least once and observe players in doom maze, crespo, dravice and other 150+maps (sometimes I even see low-level-new-in-game players crying out when some bully high level killed them repeatedly in low level maps...and they don't report cause they don't even know how. How I wish I should've taken a screen shot of that).

I believe that killing anyone in a nonsafe zone i.e DK or MITERA maps in form of "hunt" is nothing but normal. Again, no offense to anyone but THIS Pking, hunt, harassment if you may want to call it that is what makes the game more fun, challenging and again fun.

If not, then lets all stop using the word "KOS" and delete all those list from our guild - no exception. Anyone who violate this must be IP banned. No killing on maps then chasing players on other server as other players may call you bully. Lets all share love everyday.

They made it clear don't chase the players from div to kali, I agree should not be on those rules there is none-pk server there they should go there if they don't want to be chase from players... on Div and kali players should kill players like they want chase or no chase but this only GM's should confirm it.

Exactly...GMs, they needed to clarify or confirm that. If I were to chase a player to all maps and servers because he/she or they are on our guild or my KOS list - then that should not be form of "harassment" but must be considered as part of the game.

Also even though it is lame that some are really out there who bully low levels farming... we can't just ignore that some players are playing this RPG game as a villain. You can't stop people doing that...this is RPG, not unless someone had put a big reminder on the game rules that this is NOT allowed. Villains, they play for the sake of enjoying the killing players in-game...anyone who cross their part.

I didn't know that this is only applies to Colo even from before. Thanks for the info though.

You guys can not simply change "rules" about this "harassment" stuff as you please without telling the players. That's bs.

You remember when non-pk server was adjusted to all levels on Nexon? I instantly pmed Elanin and asked about server chasing your KOS. He/she changed that "rule thread" we had in General Discussion and the only place where pk could lead to a ban was Dravice Field. He/she also listed the reason: People can switch to non-pk server if they are constantly getting killed. A specific rule was written for Mitera map: Since there is no timer on that map and the Red Hole event seems to be totally random there will be no bans for pk or chasing people on that map.

List your "rules" somewhere viseable. I'm not talking about calling someone names or discriminate someone because of their religion, nationality or skin color, I'm talking about such rules which are not clear.

If you guys keep changing rules left and right so they always fit your specific opinion you will ruin the fun even more. Make it clear once and for all.

I remember PowerLux very well, he is a drama queen like there is no second. I have been in a guild with him for a few months.

Easy example for everyone to understand: He sets your house on fire and if you are upset about it, it's your fault that he did that.

In my opinion and how should be is:

1) all have their KOS (enemies) and can kill them almost everywhere anytime.

2) Every rule has exceptions so you cant Haras ppl on Dravis doing their 2nd trans quest. There is no other server for them to go and finish this quest.

(trust me I know what it is when oORaFaOo killed me while im trying do my 2nd trans and I has no way to finish it I was not hes kos he did cuz he can "was long ago but I still remember this") so low levels badly geared ppl have no chance to finish this quest if you don't let them. if there is Dravice Non-PK server ok go kill who ever you like.

3) in my opinion you should be ban if you kill ppl in Mitera map in next situation:

There is a event something like a Summer Festival some1 go Mitera to frarm cuz low maps didn't give a drop to hem. So you find this guy farming and you kill hem "that's ok np" . This guy changing the spot and he go to other place of the map if you search for this guy on the map and keep killing hem this should be bannable. He maybe have work and got only hour or two to play and enjoy the event this is an form of harassment to me.

So when I talk about bans I don't mean permanent ban just 1 week to makes ppl more nicely.

Im not sure this mean to kill lower level or badly geared ppl. Maybe this makes you feel stronger but im not sure is right.

If you ask me there should be made a system that not let you atk players 10 or 15 levels lower than you. I saw in the past a lot of ppl farming low lvl's at Draco DG or Crespo. (yea there is a Non-PK server we heard that already) But there should be an feel of honor that keeps you to do not atk lower levels players.

About Aoshinstar I don't think that he should be ban cuz he killing a kos players.

Its a PK Game for most of ppl there is nothing else to do. Just don't forget don't haras the newbies let them finish their quests or you can help them maybe?

I will give you example. Week ago I ware in Dravice helping 4 ppl finishing their 2nd trans quest.

The Kill-count was about 25k they ask if we can kill bosses for Sap Nugets "ok np".

So I go with them to the verylast bos (cuz I need it for my last main quest). and I said that I need only quest drop is for them. Than comes another pt of Harm0ny and Unforseen or whatever should this nick name to be... and Killed all of this 166 165 players get their bos and ofc I was on the ground too :D.

For me this is a form of harassment.

I asked myself why ppl just don't help this ppl its easy to kill lowies your bored from the game isn't fun to help somee1 finish hes quest or dg?

In good old times ppl was helping eachother for dungeons and quests I miss that...

Hello there MadeInChine, were have you been havent seen you in game for long. but.
Honestly bro, that 3 opinions probably wont make the game last NON-PK Server is the safest place solution.
