    I NPCe dmy squama by mistake, which I wasted lot of dshopto get perpetuusand squama both together. I didn't shared my char, I didn't got hacked, I didn't broke ur rules, all I have done is npc by mistakeone of ur binded items which shouldn't be able to be npced in my opinion. but I did npced it by mistake while cleaning my inventory, so ?what? what the help desk for? if not for mistakes? look at this lame answer I

    Wow!! Come On Give him his Squama back.... Was a Clear mistake..
    Pretty Brutal they cant help you out.. Fell bad for ya. Its not like it would cost them a dim..

    my friend who lost mysterious pendant had to send 20+ tickets...

    and you think its right???? wtf, mistake will always happens, so there is a help desk for it.

    I didn't broke any rule

    I didn't trade it

    I didn't shared my account

    I didn't got hacked

    all I did was a mistake to npc it, mistakes always happens, there is a support to fix mistake that happens

     I personally just finished farming my squama 2 days ago, id Be so upset with myself if i did something like this .. But it looks like Gizmo is going to try and help you.. Let use all know how it worked out

    DkGismo i had the same problem in my aloken accidently npc my mysterious pendant please reset the quest or mail me mysterious pendant again. Thanks in advance

    My girlfriends level 0 mitera was missing so I sent ticket about it and they couldn't even retrive level 0 mitera :D easy thing but support couldn't make it.

    If those who have lost "important" quest of final game items like mentioned above, Nicely bump or refer to a last ticket # to support plz.

    The team was discussing a list of comon NPCed items that we wanted to make non-disposable. Cant drop, cant NPC to help resolve this common issue.

    I npced my Misterious Pendant long time ago, for mistake ofc. Sent them few tickets and only one answer.... they "can't" recovery items....

    Yes he got it back, I know at least 3 players who got it recovered, but you must be patient and insist, because they always give you the easier answer, " we cant do nothing", while they can.
