Hello Dekaron heroes,

I am glad to be part of the team to assist our fellow players in our journey.

You will see me in action sooner or later, so I will keep the introduction brief and simple : )

In regards to your concerns and reports, they are being carefully considered and heard.

Please be advised that some issues may take longer than others to be solved depending the nature of such issues.

    1. I am a brand new addition to the team. To answer your bonus question, additional staff (myself) was added to bring A19 asap.
    2. I know the game very well : )
    3. I am currently working on A19 update to make it live on server. Stay tuned for updates regarding our progress.

    |*| We all know how long you've waited for the new action. Please note that all staff are working very hard to make it happen. As many of you already know, A19 consists of numerous new contents that needs to be tested to ensure optimal results upon release.

    About act 19, after all those spins, my hope will only come back with some concrete results, but anyway it's not your fault at all, since you are brand new.

    Friendly advise players been here more then 10 years there is lots of anger and hate be nice to them!


    You looks not that happy to have new staff I remember you when you join since then you have disappeared nothing has been done on this game.

    If your concern is in regards to my knowledge in Dekaron, I am very well-informed and knowledgeable about the game. Of course, this is the same with all staff in Dekaron : )

    I would love you to refund my mysterious pendant which my lil brother npced about 2 years ago while with Nexon Company. Thanks

    And would it posible to unbind some moving skill books out of a old event.

    I hope you're not put off with the bombardment of questions you already received! (like seriously chill, this should be welcoming the newest member, not trying to drive them away O.O, although you already seem to be meritorious)

    I hope to see you in game alongside Veronica and Gismo, with maybe more of a presence in-game!

    I believe you have already mentioned your concern above. Please submit a ticket to Help Desk to have your case reviewed. However, I cannot be certain whether it can be recovered since it was during when a different company was in management. Thank you for your understanding.

    Should there be any issues with drop rate, we will surely take a look into it. 
    As for binded items, I will forward your feedback to an appropriate department.

    By the way the cursed costume has a 25% droprate wich dont work any longer.
    May you please test it.
    And ther are some moving skill books of a old event which are binded. Is it posible to unbind them?

    Hello there and welcome.
    Can you pls check on the meister quests for dark wizards same bug as before. I just lvled to 170 today and did the meister quest for wizard, followed all the quests for DESTROYER and it gave me the distrebyss 
    skills. Just so you know I used skills required for destroyer (dark crystal/dark strike/emit rush). I did submit request but I'm hoping it would be faster if I post it here. XD

    [DK]Levante, Welcome and hello!!

    If its possible, could you check out the post from papaya themselves posted in the technical forum section on "disconnected when clicking connect", its a huge problem since day 1 and many are still having it, me included. It really puts a strain on playing. Those of us who struggle with the issue, would love for someone to investigate it more to resolve it. please^^ thank you!!
