That same problem/error always pops-up on my screen where I have to select whether to quarantine/delete it or ignore so my work around on this is that I disable my ESET before I run the patch of the game and kept it that way while playing it. and ye you can check which file/s are being deleted by ESET and provide that to GMs (take a screenshot of it) so that if will help them formulate the solution much faster.. :)
I had the same problem (I have the same anti-virus). You need to go into ESET and give permission to "accept" your Dekaron file. One of the other threads in the forum discusses it (see note below). Or you can check this ESET information link....you should be able to find the answer there as well. http://support.eset.com/kb2199/?locale=en_US
Note: The following was originally posted by @NomenNesci0 in an earlier thread. Here is the information he gave which has worked for me for several weeks now. (Now if Papaya can only resolve my "login/disconnect" problems...lol!)
Go to Setup, then Computer protection, then Advanced setup (at bottom), then Exclusions, then Edit and there add the main path where all of your Dekaron files are (C:\Papaya\Dekaron Online\*.* - this is mine, change path according to your situation). This only works if ESET prevents patching.
You can see other postings in the thread named "New patch has a virus/malware?"
@stolenmuffin The file that ESET deletes is noted in the other forum thread mentioned above. I resolved this by completely deleting and reinstalling the game "totally fresh". (I had to reinstall due to other problems - 64 bit vs 32 bit conflicts.) Just be sure to "allow" the Dekaron files in your ESET setting, as described by NomenNesci0 (above in bold).
There is only one file that is deleted. One of the respondents in the thread I previously mentioned refers specifically to the file. Sorry, can't remember the actual file name off hand.
